An evening of beautiful music is promised. Singers are invited to participate in the rehearsal and performance of Fauré's Requiem, with soloists Paula Downes, Alan Fairs and Central England Camerata. In the first half, joined by large woodwind, brass and percussion sections, the Camerata will also perform Andrew Downes' fabulous Celtic Rhapsody, with soprano Paula Downes.

After performances in the UK and Germany, press reviews praised Andrew Downes' moving bygone world of poetry in this work and Paula's clear vocal projection and immaculate intonation. Central England Camerata is a professional chamber orchestra founded and led by Anna Downes. The orchestra plays popular classics to sell-out audiences and raises substantial funds for charity.
